Custom Designs
We are delighted to announce our new custom design service for tapestry kits. If there’s a particular design you’d like to stitch into a tapestry, we supply you with a specially designed kit, complete with wools, a chart, instructions and a Zweigart canvas.
Popular custom-designed kits include family pets, houses, samplers, slogans, records of a new birth or marriage, or special adaptations of existing kits in our catalogue. Please contact us for further details or a quotation.
Missing/Additional Wool
From time to time we find that wool or other items go missing from our kits. We are happy to replace any genuinely missing items from our kits free of charge. Please contact us with the name of the kit in question, where you purchased it (if applicable) and details of what’s missing. In the case of missing wool, the three-digit reference number and an idea of how many strands you’re missing is very useful!
If you’re adapting a kit to your own specifications and need extra wool, please contact us and we will give you an individual quote for whatever additional materials you need.
